Sadhana refers to a spiritual practice that is undertaken with focus and intention. Yogis for 1000s of years have done their sadhana in the recesses of Himalayan caves without the disturbance of outside distractions from their inward journey to the infinite. For most of us, this seems an improbable reality. However, sadhana can be accessed by us through our devout and systematic daily practice, within the lives that we lead in the world.
THE PRACTICE
Pranayama & Meditation are one of the least practiced, but ironically most effective limbs of Yoga! This 40 day sadhana is a daily entry to the reservoir of pranic energy within. Every day for 40 days, I will guide you in the science of pranayama & meditation and we practice wherever you may be in your home, office, trains, planes & automobiles.
Each week will provide new facets and different practices. Once you make the commitment to practice daily for 40 days, the brain patterns and energetic patterns of the body will start to shift dramatically. Pranayama & Meditation are highly effective, yet only learned thru the guidance of an experienced teacher.
After the sadhana period is complete, you will have a better understanding and commitment to the power of pranayama & meditation. It truly is a magical journey!

SCHEDULE
Please note: Daily practice will be done mostly via live sessions. Highly recommended to attend the group live sessions but recordings for each day will be available for those who live in different time zones or have previous commitments.
Saturday Check-ins
11am~11:45am EST | 8am PST | 5pm CET | 8:30 pm IST
These checkins are meant to address topics related to information on pranayama techniques, science of prana, contraindications, sharing experiences, and question and answer. We will have 6 Saturday checkins in which a new facet of pranayama will be introduced.
All Other Days Group Practice Sessions
7:30am-8:10am EST | 4:30am PST | 1:30pm CET | 5pm IST
These practice sessions are where we practice together as a group the pranayama practice for that specific week. I will be leading all sessions mostly live (with recordings a few days when I am traveling) so you will have consistent support throughout the 40 days.
