Feb 4 & 5th; Feb 11th & 12th 2023. An advanced level training for Yoga teachers and serious practitioners. Classical Asanas, Pranayama, Mudra and Bandhas are the most important kriyas that lead to the state of meditation. When these practices are done with awareness, knowledge and preparation, yoga becomes sadhana. We will study and practice with the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and other source texts that give insight into pranic application in the awakening of Kundalini (dormant energy).
Our retreats bring you in touch with nature – it’s simplicity, humility and deep respect for all living beings. We wish to impart experiences that leave one with lifetime impact through mindful eco-tours that promote sustainability, sadhana (spiritual practice), and self-study. We curate our retreat to those interested in deeply engaging with local Indian culture and environment, who have an interest in deepening their spiritual practice, and who have a great sense of adventure and adaptability! Come join us for an experience truly unlike any other!
Whether you wish to study & practice in real time or on your own time, I offer many types of opportunities including Livestream Classes, Trainings, eCourses and an online class library. M/W/F 7:30am Pranayama Focused;
