This course is designed for those who are ready to go deeper into the study and practice of the chakras. Open to beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.

Khushi is a true & authentic teacher. She teaches from heart & experience, while leaving space for our own discovery & inquiry. She presents the vast practice of yoga in a way that is gentle & invitational — the many paths, practices & as she calls them “access points” toward self-discovery, truth & illumination feel less overwhelming through her lens & more like an exciting journey to constantly be walking. The chakra e-course was very special in depth and design. Khushi introduces each chakra with a lecture that is very inspiring and penetrating and allows for a deeper, connected practice portion thereafter. Each section put me in a very contemplative state of being and I look forward to re-taking the course many many times for refreshers. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone wishing to dive inward at their own pace!
