Have you ever heard a more beautiful OM?
Sarvāṅgāsana maṇḍala with all my maṇḍalas
Rest thy weary self on my body, firm and supple, giving and receiving, always with you in mind. It is in this conscious rest that the atmān becomes your ground reality. Let me take care of you for a while so you can remember. Come, Rest.
Playing with the novice monks at Likir monastery was my favourite. Kids are Kids no matter what they wear or what where they live.
i really wanted to find the kung fu nuns but no luck…. however great luck finding many nunneries and gompas in a hidden valley of flowers amidst the sweetest water i have ever tasted…. also big props to our 110cc scooty nunu who was able to carry two human beings and all our bags in crazy terrain and high extreme windy altitudes…. not to mention i learned to ride him at 13,000 feet :)
Yoga has no true form. Today I had the great honour to meet Miphan, a 13 year old novice monk, who at the age of 9 knew he wanted to leave worldly life and devote himself to path of the Buddha. He said he had chosen himself because he was attracted to the path. We all feel that attraction to the path of dharma one way or another. I felt so humbled to be in a presence of a soul who was so certain so young.

Practices are for all
